Hi
I've been tearing my hair out trying to fix a problem of 2 trojans that keep reappearing. They are described by AVG as:

Trojan Horse Generic.BMC - goaway(1).exe

and

Trojan Horse Generic.BMC - melower(1).exe

I have run several scans with AVG, Ewido, Ad-Aware, Norton, Spybot and MS AntiSpyware both in Safe and Normal modes, but even though viruses are caught each time I reboot and go online pop-ups still appear and AVG detects both the above trojans (both in C:\ and in Temporary Internet Files folder).

Having looked in the Temporary Internet Files folder i can see other nasties such as mm83.ocx, mm63.ocx and mmxeyn007.exe.

Here is my latest HijackThis logfile:

Hi Sam
Many thanks for your reply. Fortunately the guys at iamnotageek.com have sorted it. Looks like it was Look2Me infection amongst other things.
