Check Motherboard Specifications for AGP Voltages You can adjust for a [Small Voltage Range] in BIOS under [Advanced Chipset Features] > [AGP VDDQ Voltage]
But I do not think from 1.5V to 3.3V would be possible or ???
Also you should check your Power Supply Specs for Amps Some video cards require a lot This will separate the [Good] from the [Bad] -
Another factor to consider The new Video Cards have their own cooling fans Try to keep the PCI expansion slot nearest the AGP slot open to let Fan some [Breathing Room]
