Trojanhunter claims to have got rid of over 30 trojans, but I'm still getting messenger-style pop ups every couple of minutes...

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Machine has been riddled with various p2p-related worms over the last 6 months, some of which keep coming up during scans regardless of how many times I try and get rid of them.

On the pop-up front, here's what I mean...
