I can only download in safe mode and pc has a 45 second pause when boo

McAfee anti-virus recently removed a trojan from my system. I don't know the name of the trojan and McAfee refuses to run properly since then. Other problems: System is really slow, 45 second pause in the middle of booting the pc and unable to download anything unless I am in safe mode.

I ran hijack this and received this error message:
