Bought i new 30gb ipod video yesterday i can upload music to it but unfortunately i have been unable to get any of my videos on it anyone any info on this as the manual u get with your ipod is rubbish it tells you nothing i imiagine it must be unsupported file types i need help please

try looking around in this site above...

- also try Apple's Support forums... which are huge

um.. some video types will not be supported.. for example if they cannot be supported in quick-time then it wont be supported by the ipod

you may need to convert those types of videos
