Despite having Norton Interney Security Suite 2005 I somehow managed to get the download trojan. The last time this happened my computer ended up being put in a corner - I used to get help from the Comcast forums, several of those gurus posted here and other places, but i had to switch ISPs and the new one does not have the same kind of help. I have no idea what to do - just know that the last time this happened I ended up losing all of my email and eventually, everything. Sym,antec has been ;ess than helpful, so I would be grateful to anyone here who can guide me. I have a Sony Vaio, XP SP2.

Thank you in advance -
