Netstat Problem

Hi, I want to look at my connections, (The people I am connected to) but i can not seem to do it. I type in "netstat -a" and "netstat" and an error comes up, I have restarted many times but still does not work, it comes up with the error saying.

Title: 16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem
Information1: The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
Information2: CS:00cf IP:0656 OP:fe ba 06 d9 02 Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.
Options: Close + Ignore
