Net Commands

I have been going through my "net" commands in command prompt, and some of them do not work. Eg. "netstat", I have already reported this problem. But now my other problem is the "net send" command, before in the past, when I typed "net send user1 Helo" it used to send the message on my network to the person, no when I type it in it says:

An error occurred while sending a message to USER1

The message alias could not be found on the network.

So what should i do geeks!!!
