bin and cue format

I have a large file in bin format, which I want to make into a CD for video (it is a movie). How can I do this? I tried using Nero, but it simply copies the format, and then in Cyberlink, it says Unrecognized format. Any help please!

bin files come with cue files, you use near and open the cue file and it will burn it for ya.
