Louis said that i have a 4x.
Can i get the NVidia GeForce 6200 at max?
And, will that be the best graphics card i will be able to get for a 4 x?
And what type of graphics will the GeForce 6200 show on age of empires 3? Will it be as good as the back cover?

It wont be like the back of the cover it takes something a bit more powerful for that the water effects in particualr are hard no gfx cards. I wouldnt reccomend getting anything faster than a 6200 as it would be wasting money as the agp slot would severley bottleneck the cards worse than it would bottleneck the 6200. You could get any AGP card you want but the slow agp slot would mean you wouldnt get the performance out of them you should be getting.

Budget is important here, i could give you specs that would cost you 5 grand to build or i can give you specs that you could build for less than one grand.

Not really, better sticking with what youve got, your CPU i dont think was too bad, so new case motherboard and graphics card is what you want to maybe try. The saving from the CPU will help and you may be able to use the same RAM from the one you have now ill have to check what you have got in the system exactly, ill go over the report you posted earlier when i have the time to go over it properly.

600- to 800 pounds to play new games like that on full, and thats a high end budget PC, it would be something similat to mine, mines was 900+ but i bought a monitor and a few slightly more expensive higher quality parts.

Ok, so lets say £700 for all the parts.
Then, louis can get them cheeper becuase his friend sells motherboards and ram etc.
And i can get parts off eBay for really cheap, so lets say, £400.
And once its built, could i easily upgrade the video card, ram etc any time i want?

Pretty muc, but i wouldnt look to getting much discount his freind that sells them probably wont get much of a discount himself, and i cant reccomend ebay theres usually a reason why its so cheap, and theres a whole mess of warranty issues that can arise if something goes wrong with it. I always found places like ebuyer cheaper, especially when they have deals on, they very over the different shops so look around one part is often cheaper in one place and the next is cheaper for something else.
Besides when i said 700 i was meaning cheap, if you went to more expensive places it could cost >1000, prices are very variable and since electronics can be rather hit and miss(you always get a certain amount of defective components issued for sale its important to have all the proper documentation and have everything above board.
