I have an old Windows 98 Gold edition computer and the internet suddenly stopped working. I tried many things but it is still not working. The computer it self is fine and runs smoothly it is just the inter net. We have a router and checked all the plugs and did a system reboot but it still doesn't work if you can please help I would appreciate it.

Thank you

Did you notify your ISP of the router MAC Address? Sometimes the support people miss this too.
