okay heres the problem my internet has been running kinda slow latley now ive been to the page with all the prgrams on them and ive used all of them ive checked for updates and scanned but the prblem still persists it makes me any would be apreciated

well i have a modem and i know the service is cable but on my pc tower say 56 k modem so i dont really know
