I was wanting to uninstall XP and these came up....

Run repair XP and it should remove SP2

I tried to repair but I get stuck at a part of it

C:/Windows/

Then you can type commands there, but I don't know what to type, I typed help and none of the commands it listed seem to help.

On the first screen you press enter to set up not repair, then F8 then repair
