Can't boot up in SAfe Mode

Computer is freezing constantly. Sometimes even w/ bluescreen crashes. I've tried all the virus scans as suggested. Can't boot computer into any modes other than normal. Hitting F8 doesn't give any options for safe mode, or last good config, etc. Here's my Logs.

Run all virus scans as you recommended. Ad ware installed, but can not be opened. here are the logs:

I post this at the malware forum as well. I think my next step is to re install Windows XP, unless anyone has anyother suggestion.
