hey guys,

i have followed all the appropriate methods posted by ditto and still unsuccessful.
annoying toolbars (separator) and unwanted desktop icons (such as poker and casino online) have appeared.

Hi Theodore

You do have some problems there.

Please do an on-line virus scan here to see if we can get rid of the viruses first.

Have autoclean checked and heuristics.
Let it clean whatever it finds.
Save report.

Reboot and do a fresh HijackThis log and post it along with any information from the virus scan report.
