Hello fellow Geeks, i wanna thank u guys for your help, much appreciated

first off, i have downloaded a zip file and inside the setup.exe is an alcan.worm (im sure u know what that is[*ahem* bad :woot: ]), i know that inside this setup file there should be the original setup file and the worm was merged in, what i was wondering is if there is a way to remove the worm manually maybe? mcaffee detects it but says no action taken, :) ive tried getting other versions of this setup.exe file but it always has the worm, really appreciate the help guys :tazz:

Please Click here!, and follow the recommendations in the guide.

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
