Slow XP Startup

When I got this laptop is opened and started fast. I turned it on and logged in and it was done. Now, it gets to the login page fast but it takes a couple of minutes for it to proceed to my desktop and completely start up. I did add some software but have since removed it. Can you tell me how to make it startup fast again?

Hi

I need to know what is running on you computer when it starts up can you please

Download HiJack This if you don't already have it.
Unzip it to some place like C:\Programs files\Hijack This
Then dobble click on it.
In the window that comes up press "Open Misc Tools Selection"
Then press "Generate StartUpList log"
Post the log here.

There are also some thing you can do to make your computer fast in Easy XP Tweaks. Plese do not do tweak #7 because I am going to do that with you after looking at that log.
