hello

i got a blue screen of death today and got down the error report and thought id let you guys know as this isnt the first time something like this has happened

first off all the blue scren gave me the following messages

ntfs.sys - address f745b74c base at f7433000, datestamp 41107eea

****stop 0x00000024 (0x001902fe,0xB902059c, 0xb9020298, 0xf745b74c)

and some other jardon below it and when i started windows back up it says windows has recovered from a serious error so i reported the error to MS and it took me to a page and it said it could be a problem with a device driver

i have a feeling its a protowall anti-p2p driver i installed in network connections, but the thing is i cant seem to remove it (its in networking>internet protocol[install...]>service and in there is 2 things called microsoft and protowall and in the protowall box theres 2 things called protowall and protowall driver

or it could even be something else! but i think it is to do with protowall though as iv never had these problems before up until i tried protowall last month

can you guys help in any way please?

look forward to ya reply, thanks!!!!!

:tazz: :) :) :woot:

I am sorry we have take so long to reply, normaly we are a lot quicker. This is caused because there is something wrong with your ntfs files system. To fix this go.

Start < run < and type chkdsk /x /f it is asks you if you what to run it next time you restart your computer say yes and then restart your computer.

This will take about 1 minute for every gigabite you have.

This should solve the problem
