hi, when i try to install sp2 i keep geting this warning:

setup could not verify the integrity of the file update.infi. make sure the cryptographic service is running on this computer.

can someone tell me what this means and what i have to do to overcome it.

Hi gambino...Welcome to G2G!

Sounds like you need to start the Cryptographic Service.

Open Control Panel and double click the "Administrative Tools" icon. Then double click on "Services". Right click "Cryptographic Services", and then click "Properties". Click "Automatic" for Startup type, and then click "Start".

Reboot your machine and try the update again. Let us know if this helps...
