After struggling with loads of spyware & trojans on my wife's laptop I came across the Geeks to Go site. I went through the preparation and steps for installing and running the various programs to combat these issues and I am pleased to report that currently her problems have been eliminated without having to post a HijackThis log. Kudos to all those who maintain and volunteer here to help those in need such as myself. Thanks again !!!
