Hi dairyman! Welcome to G2G!

Right-click MY COMPUTER and select PROPERTIES. Click on the HARDWARE tab and then the DEVICE MANAGER button. In the new window that appears, tell me if there are any yellow exclamation/question marks next to anything listed.

Download and install EVEREST HOME EDITION using the link in my signature. Then run it and do a system scan and post, as an ATTACHMENT, the report it creates to your next reply to this post.
