Where can I find freeware screensavers?

You won't find may free ones that are good, and some are terrible.
But one I like that has a minimum of stuff is Webshots.

What do you mean minimum of stuff? What stuff? How about freesaver.com, they make a lot of claims... here's what they say on their home page...

Hello,
When looking for any certain type of programs (such as screensavers), I usually try the large download sites first that screen the files and can ascertain if they are spyware/adware free. I use download.com, and others like sites like tucows.com. Either one will return a large number of hits for screensavers.
