I recently bought a program called "Pedometer Log" to use with the 10,000 walking steps program.

This program is advertised to run on Windows XP.

I cannot open its Help section, keep in its memory the new setting for my weight (200 lbs.), or save my total of walking steps for the day.

The error message that I get is as follows:

An unhandled exception has occurred in your application: Could not find a part of the path: "C:\My Documents\New_Pedometer_File.txt.

The company does not seem to have tech support.

I am not very knowledgeable about computer operations; so if you can walk me through, step-by-step, in fixing the problem, I would be most grateful.
