I'm looking for simple software that will make an oval image of a photo. Don't need software that does a million things. Anyone know of one?

Use these steps to install GIMP on your Windows-based system:

1. Download WinZip.
2. Download the GTK+ 2 runtime environment.
3. Install WinZip.
4. Find the .zip file that contains the GIMP installation program and open it.
5. Extract the installation program (Actions-->Extract) to a place where you'll remember it, such as My Documents.
6. Install the GTK+ 2 Runtime Environment
7. Run the GIMP installation program.

Be sure to post any questions or concerns.

I don't want to have to buy winzip. I found photofiltre. It does what I was looking far. Lot morer features than I need.

you don't have to buy winzip. you can download the free trial of winrar, an excellent program. they say its a trial but it's still usable after the trial period

alternatively, others have recommended the freeware 7-zip for handling all kinds of compressed formats
