problem streaming audio

Hi

Until recently I was able to stream audio fine. Then began getting a message which reads:
"RealOne Player could not locate the specified clip.
If you have moved this clip, please locate it below.
C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\..."
The problem seemed to coincide with when I installed Nortons Internet Security, at which time I had to upgrade my web browser from IE5 to 6.
If I uninstall and reinstall RealOne Player it works, but once I reboot the computer it goes back to the above message.

What type of music format is it?

And could i suggest, downloading windows media player 10 and see if it will stream audio on there?
