You do have a load of malware in that log, so this will take a few steps.

Please download LQfix.exe from one of the following locations:
    http://miekiemoes.geekstogo.com/tools/LQfix.exe

  • Save it to your desktop.
  • Double-Click LQfix.exe and click Next > Next > Install.
  • Leave the default settings, if you change them, the fix will Fail!
  • You need an active Internet Connection, so make sure your you're not blocking any connection now.
  • Now make sure the "Launch LQfix" box is checked.
  • Click the Finish button, after clicking the Finish button the fix will start.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts.
  • Your system will reboot afterwards.
  • Please be patient after the reboot, there is a script running in the background that needs to complete.
Then do a scan with HiJackThis and post a new log by using Add Reply

I also need to see a different type of log from Hijackthis
  • Run Hijackthis.
  • Click on "Open the Misc Tools section".
  • Next click on "Open uninstall manager".
  • Press the button 'save list'. It will open a Notepad file.
  • Place the content of that file here in your in your next post.

Please click Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and uninstall these programs:

CtxPls
NaviSearch
Save!
Viewpoint Manager (Remove Only)
Viewpoint Media Player

Don't be concerned if some of the uninstallations seem to fail. We'll get them manually if that happens.

Please follow these steps:
  • Please make sure that you can View Hidden Files
    • Click Start -> My Computer
    • Select Tools -> Folder options
    • Select the View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' (or 'Show all files') is enabled.
    • Also make sure that 'Display the contents of system folders' is checked.
    • For more info on how to show hidden files click here.

  • Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then close all other windows--you should only see HijackThis on your Desktop--and click the Fix Checked button.

  • Please reboot your computer in SafeMode by doing the following:
    • Restart your computer
    • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
    • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
    • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.
    • If you have trouble getting into Safe mode go here for more info.

  • Once in Safe mode, delete these files or directories (Do not be concerned if they do not exist):

    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SXPIJM <-- delete this folder
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\YESE <-- delete this folder
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KFGGC <-- delete this folder
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\lpvd <-- delete this folder
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\nsvsvc <-- delete this folder
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\VIDCTRL <-- delete this folder
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\winupdt.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\AUNPS2.DLL
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\stlb2.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\E6F1873B.DLL
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\exp.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SFG.DLL
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WUAUCLT.DLL
    C:\WINDOWS\ksp4ss.exe
    C:\Program Files\Cas <-- delete this folder
    c:\Program Files\AutoUpdate <-- delete this folder
    C:\Program Files\Viewpoint <-- delete this folder
URLCJO.EXE <-- search for this file
TOOSYNC.EXE <-- search for this file

Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode.

Now I need to get a look at a different log that will show some more information.

Download WindPFind

Extract WinPFind.zip to your c:\ folder.

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.
* if you have trouble getting into Safe mode go here for more info.

Then open c:\WinPFind and double-click on WinPFind.exe.
When the program is open, click on the Start Scan button to start scanning your computer. Be patient as this scan may take a while.
When it is done, it will show a log and tell you the scan is completed. Reboot your computer back to normal mode and and post the contents of c:\WinPFind\WinPFind.txt as a reply to this topic.

Also post a new hijackthis log.

WinPFind may take a while to run. Even if it says "Not responding..." let it go for at least 45 minutes. If you've done that and still don't get a log then we'll move on to another tool.

Please post a new hijackthis log and we'll figure out how to handle whatever came back.
