A little help please

Hey I am new here, but I guess that's because I'm having some problems. Interent explorer is hijacked to go to http://www.syserrors.com. I'm having a lot of weird pop-ups that come up all the time suggesting that I have spyware. Also I have a little yellow blinking excalmation point in the system tray that is blinking and says something like Urgen System Message: Virus or something. When I click on it it takes me to spytrooper.com. I've already tried some of the easy stuff like adaware, spybot, etc. Can you give me some advice? Thank you very much for your time. We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
