what's wrong with my CD-Rom

HI ya'll,

My problem is as follows. I took vacation and left my computer off for two weeks. When I returned form my vacation I turn it on and it was okey but my CD-Rom didn't work:ranting: . anybody knows how to fix this? :tazz:

what do you mean it didnt work?

right click my computer > manage > device manager > look for any yellow ?

yeah i know it very weird!! :tazz:

There is nothing wrong with it, it just does not read any discs. I checked if the P3 and master slave was conncected but every thing seems find. I guess it must be something mechanical because when you insert a disc it tries to read it but then it stops.
