I'm working on your log, as soon as another staff member reviews it I'll post a reply. Thank you for your patience.

You are running an old version of hijack this, please download and run the latest version, and post a new log.

Hello autryme,

Copy This To Notepad!!!

You will have to close this window so you might want to save these instructions to Notepad

First thing, you need to disable System Restore (you can re-enable it once your log is clean). To do this:

Right-click My Computer -> Properties -> System Restore tab -> Check Disable System Restore.

1. Open Hijackthis and Rescan Your Computer
2. Place a Check Beside Each Item Listed Below
3. DO NOT CLICK FIX YET

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Cmaudio] RunDll32 cmicnfg.cpl,CMICtrlWnd
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [WinProfile] sndcfg16.exe

_____________________________________________________

Close all Browser Windows and Click The Fix Checked Button on Hijackthis.

At this point make sure Windows is configured to see hidden files and folders.

My Computer -> Tools -> Folder Options -> View tab -> Select Show Hidden Files and Folders.

When done, reboot your system and bring it up in "Safe Mode" (F5 or F8 when starting Windows).

While in SAFE MODE
Locate and delete if found:

sndcfg16.exe <--- not sure of its location, you will have to do a search_____________________________________________

Reboot to normal and post a new log. Tell me how it is running now
