While playing Counter Strike I have been experiencing a sort of lag spike on my side. People tell me it could be my audio card but I have not had this problem unitl just recently and I have not installed any new software recently. I periodically get a notification from norton antivirus that a file called trojan.byte was found on my computer but it seems it just keeps coming back in the middle of doing random stuff. Like just now it popped up while I was typing this and the last time it did that was nearly a month ago. Below is a copy of my Log from Hijackthis and I was wondering if there are any programs or processes that I do not need that I can get rid of.

Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1
