I recieve this message every time I boot up my system the file is missing and I need to know how I can re-install it........Please help.....

I saw this same problem in the XP forum. They say its spyware....

First, go to add/remove programs, and remove NewDotNet (or any variations) if found.

Admin....I'll take your word for it that it's spyware. But that link I posted above....that website thinks it's a real dll file. What's the story here?
