Windows Installer/Earthlink

On start up Windows Installer comes up. Installing what I do not know. I feel this has to do with Earthlink TotalAccess as I have tried to remove it and can not even though it says that it has been removed. So this may or may not be two different troubles.

You can post a Hijack This log and we can look at what is happening. Or you can reconfigure your start-up. Go to Start>>run>>type in "msconfig" without the quotations. Click on the last tab and uncheck what you don't want to start on start-up.
