I have a HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4320B combo drive.

When I try and play DVDs in Interactual Player it comes up with the message-"Playback failed due to a problem with the video subsystem. Lowering your screen resolution or color depth may fix the problem." Doing this doesn't work and after consulting windows help it seems that there is a problem with the DVD decoder. This seems strange as Interactual was working previousy.

When I try and play DVDs in powerDVD the message "An internal error has occurred.Error Code 8901000F" appears.

If I need a new decoder/driver where can I find it (for free!)

Thanks

Hi Jimbo..

Maybe you should reinstall the HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4320B combo drive. If that dones't work then go to your owner manual and see if they have a website that can give you a driver.
