Problems after infection removal - backdoor.rbot.gen

I recently was affected by backdoor.rbot.gen. It was sucessfully removed using spywaredoctor. It then checked with MSantispyware/AVG/EWIDO and found nothing. I have rechecked again and run panda online scan and found nothing. Since then I have found my PC to be generally slow. I was wondering if anyone knows what may be wrong. javascript:emoticon(':surrender:', 'smid_18')
