KHost.exe is having problems

KHost is for Secure delivery and i found the file path that leads to KHost however i cannot delete anything there and i do not want to have to click OK every time i log on

Could somebody help please?

khost.exe is a secure data delivery application by Kontiki Inc. which delivers data such as images and files to secure servers for sharing. This is a non-essential process. Disabling or enabling this is down to user preference....

go to add remove programs under control panel. look for kontiki and uninstall application.

as an alternative you can go to start run, type in "msconfig" with the quotes. click on the last tab. look for khost and deslect it. click ok. it will prompt you to restart the pc. when it finishes restarting a dialogue box will appear about msconfig. just click the check box and then click on ok.
