Each time I download, I get this small window in the corner?

Hi! I just bought a Toshiba M50-MX5, and each time I download something like on Download.com.. has soon as I click on the download link, there's this little window that pops up for like 1 second in the uper left corner... see picture. I've had 3 laptops in the past 2 weeks, and never had that problem? Could it be something with AVG antivirus? a new update in Windows XP? or a spyware? I mean I haven't brows the net yet.. nothing in AVG and Adaware..

Wow, no one can help me... how can that be? No one knows about this or no one wants to take the time, or am I doing something wrong?
