Thank you for replying so soon. My problem is with Spybot Search and Destroy. After a scan, I click fix selected problems. I reboot the computer, do another scan and all the same exact items come back.

An example from a scan:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Classes/Interface{001B3F20-D866-11D1-8B4C-00609761C47A}

Spybot finds about 50 of these things during a scan. I choose fix selected problems and reboot.

All same items come back on the very next scan.

I guess I was wondering what they were and if I should even bother to get rid of them? Mike
