Hey Guys

I have wondered on many sites and have asked many people but no one knew the solution to this issue, however all I did was to follow the instructions of disconnecting all electricity from my PC all together (for over night) and it did the trick, Thanks to the ones who have posted this tip and used it earlier, I would also like to add that for this issue, I did not try any thing at all but disconnecting electricity. However last time I did a lot of stuff, (windows updates, driver updates, etc etc) but eventually I had to format and re do the windows  , not THIS time. THANKS EVERY ONE: D
