Spy-agent.n Infection

I have a dell inspiron 1100 laptop infected with this trojan. The infection is in the winlogon.exe . I have tried using mcaffee and spy doctor to remove it with no luck. I am at the point of fdisking the computer if I can't fix this. You can email me on this at [email protected].
