I am running windows XP pro/service pack 2. You guys helped me get rid of all of the spyware/adware. My machine runs like the day it was purchased. Now I have another problem. The task manager will not run. I set it up to automatically run Norton Antivirus scan, and it will not work. When I go to the task manager and look at the properties, it says: "General Page initialization failed" 0x80090016:keyset does not exist. An error has occured attempting to retrieve task account information. You may continue editing the task object, but will be unable to change task account information.

Also when I go to the scheduling wizard, and attempt to set up a task, it tells me that the task may not run, due to 0x80090016:keyset not existing.

Can you help me with this problem. I have looked in the help file and cannot find any remedies.

Thanks,
