You can use them, but you have to have the little TradeMark Sign there with them.. ™ and you'd have to state the owener of it...

And my logo allsortshop.com, if i make that a tm, will it just protect the allsortshop logo or the actual name allsortshop?

I think it would protect the logo AND the name, but I'm not too sure about that..

yea, u'll have to put the ™ sign on it...
I don't know the difference between a TradeMark and a Resticted, but I think that you Restrict things that are commonly used... like some movie names are Restricted, if they have names like Power or something.. since it's just a regular word... you cant tell peopel they can't say that... because its a commonly used word.. I THINK that may be it, but I'm not sure..
