Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then close all other windows--you should only see HijackThis on your Desktop--and click the Fix Checked button.

everything is running fine

I cant remove those files because "they maybe are in use" says Hijack this.

Please reboot your computer in SafeMode by doing the following:

Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.
If you have trouble getting into Safe mode go here for more info.

Then run Hijackthis and remove those lines.

Reboot back to normal mode and post a new hijackthis log.

Let's find the files themselves and delete them. Search for "desktop" and locate these files.

desktop(2)(2)(2).ini
desktop(2)(2).ini
desktop(2)(3).ini
desktop(2).ini
desktop(3)(2).ini
desktop(3).ini
desktop(4).ini

Once you find them, rename each of them like this...

desktop(2).ini => desktop(2).old

If you find a desktop.ini file without any numbers with it, you can leave that one alone. It should be ok.

Reboot and check your hijackthis log for those entries. If they are still there, try to remove them with Hijackthis.

Let me know how it goes.

Make sure you can view hidden files.

Click Start -> My Computer
Select Tools -> Folder options
Select the View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' (or 'Show all files') is enabled.
Also make sure that 'Display the contents of system folders' is checked.
For more info on how to show hidden files click here.

Now look in these locations. In addition to All Users, you will probably see other folders named after each user on your computer, as well as Default User. In each of these folder you will find Start Menu\Programs\Startup Check each location.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

The file desktop.ini can control what files and folders are displayed by Windows explorer. For the most part desktop.ini is a perfectly legitimate file. But when you see several of them(as in your case) and they are running on startup that indicates a malicious intent to hide something.

So they are not harmful just by themselves, but they do indicate that something fishy was going on.

How is your computer working now? Any problems?
