I can see why this is giving you so much trouble,
Follow my instructions as close as possible and you will be fine, This is going to take a few steps to get you sorted out but we can get you there,
I need you to do a few things for me here,
Please save these instructions to notepad and save them someplace handy so you can have access to them like your desktop,

First
Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it hjt
Move HJT into this new folder please,
This is important so please do this prior to anything else please

Next
Go to Start > Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then hit Ok
Scroll down and find the below services:

Command Service (cmdService)

When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, under the General tab click the Stop button, then click the drop-down box to change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then Ok.

Open HiJackThis, click on "None of the above, just start the program". Now, click on the "Config" button (bottom right), then click on "Misc Tools", then click on "Delete an NT Service" a window will pop up. Enter the below item into that field (make sure there are NO spaces before or after the name):

cmdService

Click OK.

It should pull up information about the service, then ask if you want to reboot. Click YES.

Next
Run Ad-Aware with the latest update.
  • Download the latest version of Ad-Aware (Ad-Aware SE Build 1.06r1) from here.
  • If you have a previous version of Ad-Aware installed, during the installation of the new version you will be prompted to uninstall or keep the older version - be sure to uninstall the previous version.
  • After installing Ad-aware, you will be prompted to update the program and run a full scan. De-select all boxes so that it does not run.
  • Manually run "Ad-Aware SE Personal" and from the main screen Click on "Check for Updates Now".
  • Once the definitions have been updated:
  • Reconfigure Ad-Aware for Full Scan as per the following instructions:
    • Launch the program, and click on the Gear at the top of the start screen.
    • Under General Settings the following boxes should all be checked off: (Checked will be indicated by a green circle with a check mark in it, Un-Checked is a red circle with an X in it. If it is greyed out, those features are only available in the retail version.)
      • "Automatically save logfile"
      • Automatically quarantine objects prior to removal"
      • Safe Mode (always request confirmation)
      • Prompt to update outdated confirmation) - Change to 7 days.
    • Click the "Scanning" button (On the left side).
    • Under Drives & Folders, select "Scan within Archives"
    • Click "Click here to select Drives + folders" and select your installed hard drives.
    • Under Memory & Registry, select all options.
    • Click the "Advanced" button (On the left hand side).
    • Under "Shell Integration", select "Move deleted files to Recycle Bin".
    • Under "Log-file detail", select all options.
    • Click on the "Defaults" button on the left.
    • Type in the full url of what you want as your default homepage and searchpage e.g. http://www.google.com.
    • Click the "Tweak" button (Again, on the left hand side).
    • Expand "Scanning Engine" by clicking on the "+" (Plus) symbol and select the following:
      • "Unload recognized processes during scanning."
      • "Obtain command line of scanned processes"
      • "Scan registry for all users instead of current user only"
    • Under "Cleaning Engine", select the following:
      • "Automatically try to unregister objects prior to deletion."
      • "During removal, unload explorer and IE if necessary"
      • "Let Windows remove files in use at next reboot."
      • "Delete quarrantined objects after restoring"
    • Click on "Safety Settings" and select "Write-protect system files after repair (Hosts file, etc)"
    • Click on "Proceed" to save these Preferences.
    • Click on the "Scan Now" button on the left.
    • Under "Select Scan Mode, be sure to select "Use Custom Scanning Options".
  • Close all programs except ad-aware.
  • Click on "Next" in the bottom right corner to start the scan.
  • Run the Ad-Aware scan and allow it to remove everything it finds and then REBOOT - Even if not prompted to.
  • After you log back in, Ad-Aware may run to finalize the scan and remove any locked files that it may of found. Allow it to finish.
If Ad-aware gives you any trouble running in Normal mode please run it in safe mode

Next
Open Spybot and check for updates, Run a scan with spybot, When it has completed please have it fix all it finds in Red

Again if Spybot gives you touble running in Normal mode run it in safe mode please

Next
Check Nortons for updates, Download any available, Close out Norton, The reboot to safe mode and run a full system scan with it please, Let it fix whatever it finds

Next
  • Please go to Jotti's malware scan
  • Copy and paste the following file path C:\Program Files\System Files\System.exe
into the box on the top of the page:

  • Click on the submit button
  • Please post the results in your next reply.

Next
  • Start HijackThis
  • Click on the Config button
  • Click on the Misc Tools button
  • Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.
  • You can click on the Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file. When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file. Simply copy and paste the contents of that notepad into this topic please,

  • Also post back a fresh HJT log for me please

:tazz: Great job

Lets get on with getting rid of some of this stuff now, again print these instructions out or save them to notepad
  • I see that you have Spybot's TeaTimer running. While this is a very helpful tool to protect against hijackers, it can also interfere with HijackThis fixes. So please disable TeaTimer by doing the following:
  • Open Spybot-S&D
  • Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
  • On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
  • Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts
  • Restart your computer.
  • Be sure you enable TeaTimer once we have cleaned your system.

Please restart HJT put a check next to the following, close all open windows and click “Fix Checked”

Hey donn...
Here is the HiJack this log..
There is also something else: I turned off my computer for a little while
then I came back a few hours later to check if you replied... Once I had arrived at the main page of Geeks
to Go, a window poped up (i'm sure you've seen it before) reading "Internet Explorer has experianced a problem and needs to be closed..." So I pressed the Don't Send button and a whole bunch of icons had reapeared on the desktop.. I proceeded to deleting the file they were in (which they were in..under program files).. THe picture of this window is below:
Posted Image
So I am skeptical that the Malware may have mutated or re-installed itself back onto my computer...
So I ran Ad-Ware again and it found 8 objects... but still not sure.
Is it possible that the Malware is controlling this message? Namely, if i push the button will it reinstall?
Anyway.. here is the log (from SAFE MODE):

I want to give Ewido a shot at this , If not we will go a different method,

Please download ewido security suite it is a trial version of the program.
  • Install ewido security suite
  • When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".
  • Launch ewido, there should be an icon on your desktop double-click it.
  • The program will now go to the main screen
You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.
  • On the left hand side of the main screen click update
  • Then click on Start Update
The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
If you are having problems with the updater, you can use this link to manually update ewido.
ewido manual updates

Once the updates are installed do the following:
Run this scan while in safe mode please
  • Click on scanner
  • Click on Complete System Scan and the scan will begin.
  • While the scan is in progress you will be prompted to clean files, click OK
  • When it asks if you want to clean the first file, put a check in the lower left corner of the box that says "Perform action on all infections" then choose clean and click OK.
  • Once the scan has completed, there will be a button located on the bottom of the screen named Save report
  • Click Save report.
  • Save the report .txt file to your desktop.
Now close ewido security suite.

Post back the report.text and a fresh log please
