When i try to empty the bulk mail folder nothing happens. I have to open all the bulk mail a page at a time and then delete it page by page.
Also the empty trash won't work either, i have to open the trash folder and then delete the emails.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the empty link is a javascript link. do you have javascript enabled in your browser? are you using IE?

also, make sure you click on it in exactly the right place. there's a problem with it that if you dont click exactly on the word 'empty', it'll just refresh the page and not empty. its very annoying.
