New problem with my xp. Always when I try to reply to an email, the computer will go into hibernate mode. I have to hit key and click on USER to get back to what I'm doing. Also does this inter mittently when doing stugff off line. See "DSUP POWER SAVING MODE screen when it's going into stand by mode.

Hi cdestuck...

Go to Power Options in Control Panel and under the "Hibernate" tab, uncheck "Enable Hibernation". Click "Apply" and "Ok".

Let us know if this helps...
