Outlook2003 Problem

I just cleared up a big problem that I had with Spyware and now it has left me with a problem with Outlook. One of the users on my system cannot receive mail. When I hit the send/receive button it comes back saying that I don't have the appropriate permission to perform this operation. It will let me open a new message and send it. What short of deleting the program and reinstalling it can I do? :tazz:
