Dear Sirs: You have helped before and I need it again. I was very pleased with the quality of help the last time. Thank you very much. The problem I have is an infection that hijacked my internet explorer. It downloaded several things, including spyaxe, win anti virus, world anti spy, and several others, all at the same time. I removed most of it, but I need some guidance on the rest. I have a red dotwith a white x in it that pops up with a baloon that informs me I have been infected. There is also a yellow tirangle with an exclamation point that blinks on and off. I have run all the programs you suggest ie. cwshredder, spybot, ewido, trojan hunter, adaware, all with no success. I am posting my hjt log for your review. Thank you!!
