uninstalling software program

im not sure if this is the right place to look for help. i cant get this software to work or uninstall at all please help thxs

what do you mean it won't work. Is there an error message?

To uninstall programs go to control panel-->add/remove programs and scroll down to the program you want to remove.

ok when i try to remove the program nero 7 demo from the add and remove progarm list it starts then comes to a halt saying that the shellmanger database is corrupt or missing. i cant get any where from there i dont know what its talking about
