See this article:

I prefer to connect the old drive in the new system as a slave, and then simply transfer the files using Windows Explorer.

I have gotten four e-mails in two days, saying things like `sometimes I grab passwords',`see what I found'and`your password has been changed',one of them was from our e-mail address, they all had little green diamond shaped boxes with a checkmark in them, what is it?I deleted them, what do I need to do?

Sounds like someone you know (you're a contact in their address book) has a virus. Unfortunately, there's no way to identify who. Just to be safe change the password you use to logon to your email. It's a good idea to change it a few times year.
