i was informed that my computer was infected with spyware and i downloaded windows recommened program spy sheriff and now i cannot do anything on my computer (i am currently using my laptop) the screen has changed to my system is infected by spyware and i cannot change it and my internet on the computer is not working alothough it is workin on this laptop(i use a router with the pc) and even when i do the scan i cannot delete the files can u help me please
